Froyle Park is an exclusive-use country house wedding venue located in the picturesque village of Upper Froyle, Hampshire, close to the Surrey border. Conveniently situated near Farnham, Guildford and Alton, the venue is approximately one hour’s drive from London, with easy access via the A31 and M3.

For guests travelling by train, Alton railway station is approximately 10 minutes away by taxi, with direct services from London Waterloo taking as little as 65 minutes.

For international guests, Froyle Park is conveniently located approximately 35 minutes from London Heathrow Airport, 45 minutes from Southampton Airport and 60 minutes from London Gatwick Airport by car, assuming clear roads.

Froyle Park can accommodate weddings of up to 300 guests in our Grand Ballroom, making us an ideal venue for both intimate celebrations and large weddings.

This means you and your guests can enjoy complete privacy, with exclusive access to our historic manor house, beautiful gardens, ceremony spaces, Grand Ballroom and on-site guest accommodation. The entire venue is yours to enjoy for your special day.

Yes, Froyle Park is licensed to host legally binding civil marriage ceremonies, conducted by a registrar, in a choice of beautiful indoor and outdoor settings, including our iconic outdoor Dome, historic Great Hall and elegant Drawing Room.

Froyle Park also welcomes weddings of all cultures, religions and traditions. We have extensive experience hosting British, Asian, Indian, Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Jewish, African and Caribbean weddings, as well as multicultural celebrations. Our flexible spaces can accommodate a wide variety of religious, cultural and celebrant-led ceremonies, including Hindu ceremonies beneath a mandap, Jewish ceremonies beneath a chuppah and Muslim Nikah ceremonies.

Where a religious or cultural ceremony does not independently meet the legal requirements for marriage in England and Wales, a separate legal ceremony will be required.

A dry hire wedding venue gives couples the freedom to organise their own catering, drinks, décor and suppliers, rather than being tied to a traditional wedding package.

Froyle Park offers exclusive-use dry hire, giving you the flexibility to personalise your celebration. Couples can choose from our extensive list of approved caterers, covering a wide variety of cuisines, or arrange to bring their own caterer, subject to approval and an additional fee.

Dry hire is particularly popular for Asian, Indian, Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, African-Caribbean and multicultural weddings, where traditional cuisine, cultural customs and bespoke arrangements are especially important.

We also offer complimentary corkage until 7pm, allowing you to supply your own alcoholic drinks without a corkage charge. After 7pm, you can use our staffed bar service or pay an additional corkage fee to continue serving your own drinks.

Our African-Caribbean Wedding Package, in partnership with Taste Haven, celebrates authentic African, Caribbean and Afro-fusion cuisine, with vibrant menus and a catering team experienced in delivering traditional and multicultural celebrations.

Both packages include exclusive use of the Froyle Park estate, on-site accommodation for up to 66 guests, professional catering and drinks service, offering a convenient and seamless approach to wedding planning.

Yes. Froyle Park offers 32 beautifully appointed guest bedrooms, accommodating up to 66 guests overnight, including our luxurious Honeymoon Suite.

We also have a separate three-bedroom Hideaway Apartment for the Bride and her Bridesmaids to stay in the night prior to the wedding, fully equipped with a purpose built Salon for getting ready together on the morning of the wedding.
