If you are a nearby resident and wish to raise a concern regarding noise or other activity associated with an event taking place at Froyle Park, please contact the Duty Manager using the number below.

Resident & Event Complaint Contact Number
07718 587344

Please contact us by text message or voice note only. This telephone number is not answered for live calls.

Messages are monitored during events. Any complaint received will be recorded and reviewed by the Duty Manager, who will investigate the matter with a view to resolving it where reasonably practicable.

The Duty Manager will respond by text message to acknowledge your complaint. We do not require residents or members of staff to engage in telephone or face-to-face discussions in order for a complaint to be investigated.

When making a complaint, it is helpful if you provide your name, your approximate location, the nature of the concern and the time at which it is occurring. This assists the Duty Manager in carrying out an appropriate investigation.

Where appropriate, the Duty Manager may undertake a noise observation or other investigation and take reasonable and proportionate operational action where an issue is identified.

Outdoor Dhol Drumming Notifications

This section provides advance notice of short, time-limited outdoor dhol drumming performances scheduled to take place at Froyle Park as part of wedding celebrations.

In accordance with Froyle Park’s Noise Management Plan, outdoor dhol performances are subject to strict operational controls.

Outdoor performances are limited to a maximum duration of 10 minutes and may only take place during the permitted daytime period. Only one outdoor performance is permitted per event day.

Performances take place at the front of the property and are supervised by the Froyle Park management team. Performance duration is monitored, and staff also manage guests and activity in the area to ensure that Ryebridge Lane remains clear.

Froyle Park does not permit dhol drumming during regular church services at St Mary’s Church.

The schedule below is updated regularly. Wherever reasonably practicable, scheduled outdoor performances will be published in advance. Timings are shown in approximate 30-minute windows because wedding-day schedules can occasionally change. The actual drumming performance remains limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.

All performance times are provided in 30 minute windows, to account for the possibility that the performance is running late on the day. Performances take place for a maximum of 10 minutes.
