Our iconic Dome is the perfect outdoor setting for a traditional Caribbean ceremony, with its open-air elegance beautifully complements vibrant attire, family blessings, and the joyful sounds of reggae, soca, or steel pan. For more intimate moments, the Great Hall offers a breathtaking backdrop for a civil ceremony or pastor-led blessing. And for grand celebrations, the Grand Ballroom seats up to 300 guests — ready for Caribbean rhythms, heartfelt speeches, and a dance floor filled with energy and joy.

Your celebration begins with lively canapés such as puff puff, spicy gizzards, beans and plantain boats, or salt and pepper king prawns — designed to impress from the very first bite. The main buffet features up to nine curated dishes, drawing from Caribbean favourites like jerk chicken, caribbean rice and peas, stewed beef, curry goat, and grilled fish, offering a rich and varied Afro-Caribbean dining experience.
