At Events with Rio, I take a relaxed, personal approach to wedding and event planning, supporting you in a way that feels right for you.

I offer On the Day Coordination and Full Planning, along with optional extras like Day Before Set Up and Planning Support for couples who want to stay hands-on. No two weddings are ever the same, so everything starts with a friendly chat where we get to know each other, talk through your ideas, and figure out exactly what kind of support you need. From there, we build a package that’s tailored to you – so you’re not paying for anything you don’t need, but still feel fully supported throughout.

Whether you’re looking for someone to step in and run the day seamlessly, guide you through the planning process, or be by your side from the very beginning, I’m here to make things feel calm, organised, and enjoyable. I have managed many weddings at Froyle Park, including for Kalm Kitchen as well as having lived in India and being immersed in wonderful Asain celebrations; my passion for all things wedding knows no bounds!

My aim is simple: to take the pressure off, keep things running smoothly, and make sure you can actually enjoy every moment of your day.
